A store may associate a digital card benefit with eligible purchases from a featured collection. The customer sees the offer before checkout. After the applicable qualification decision, a recognizable message explains the recipient's next step. The customer then follows the supplied access instructions and reads the specific card conditions.

Distinguish eReward from neighboring categories

A digital gift card may be specific to a store. Store credit is associated with purchases at the issuing store. An eReward card should not be described as either unless those are its actual characteristics. It is also not a refund of the original purchase or automatically a credit product.
