This notice applies to correspondence associated with eReward Card X, which is not a bank or card issuer. The message, applicable law, and any existing agreement determine the rights and responsibilities involved. This notice is framed primarily for applicable U.S. federal and state law, without displacing mandatory rights under other applicable law.
Receiving a message by mistake
Emails and their attachments are directed to the intended recipients and authorized readers. If you receive a message intended for someone else, please notify the sender and remove the message and attachments from your systems unless applicable law permits or requires their preservation. Please do not forward or use the information except to address the error or as otherwise lawfully permitted.
Protect information without restricting lawful reporting
A message may contain confidential or personal information. Any use or sharing should respect the confidentiality obligations that actually apply. This notice does not restrict disclosures required by law, communications with legal advisers, legally protected reporting to regulators or other authorities, or other permitted disclosures. Referencing this page does not create a confidentiality agreement by itself.
When legal protections apply
Attorney-client privilege and work-product protection depend on applicable law and the nature and circumstances of the communication. Not every business email is privileged. This notice neither creates a legal privilege nor guarantees that one will survive an accidental disclosure. Where protection applies, accidental delivery is not intended as a waiver, but any waiver question remains governed by the relevant law and facts.
Electronic messages and commitments
The notice itself does not enter into or modify an agreement. We do not assert that all email commitments are nonbinding. Existing contractual requirements, governing law, and dispute arrangements are not changed by this notice.
Transmission risks and safe confirmation
Electronic messages may be delayed, misdirected, altered, intercepted, or contain unsafe links or attachments. Verify an unexpected request through an independently known contact route, especially before disclosing sensitive information or acting on a material change. No guarantee about the security, completeness, or timely arrival of email is made here. This notice does not remove liability, rights, or remedies that applicable law requires to remain available.
Privacy, records, and commercial email
Correspondence may be handled, reviewed, and retained for legitimate business, security, recordkeeping, or legal purposes only where lawful and consistent with the relevant privacy information. This is not a claim that every email is monitored, nor does it obtain universal consent to monitoring or processing.
Mandatory rights and applicable commercial-email duties continue to apply. This page is not a substitute for required sender identification, postal information, unsubscribe facilities, or compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act where applicable. Receiving or replying to an email does not, by this notice alone, authorize future marketing.
